A very traditional style Pinot Noir. Light in color but with very intense flavors of cherry, a little strawberry, and a nice hint of vanilla. This wine will age nicely over the years as it rounds more and softens. Excellent with salmon dishes, fowl and lighter meats. 100% vegan.
